Please check the accuracy of your address information in order to receive the items in a timely manner. I ship to the address you provide me. I will not be responsible for non-delivery or any packages lost in the mail if the address you provided is incorrect.
Custom orders require additional time in which I can check the exact number of days after learning how to customize the order.
Delivery and verification upon arrival of the goods: upon delivery of the MY FIABA products by the courier in charge, you are required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or, in any case, altered even in the closing materials. Any damage must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery.
This is because once you have signed the courier’s document, you will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
Absence of the recipient: in case of impossibility to carry out the delivery even the next day due to the absence of the recipient, the courier will contact you to schedule a new delivery in the next 10 days. In the event of further impossibility of delivery due to the absence of the customer within that period, the products covered by the order will be returned to LA MIA FIABA. Any expense related to any new shipment will in any case be charged to the Customer. For this reason, we remind you to check the number of your shipment using the order confirmation email and contact us in case of problems.
International deliveries are out of my control once I ship them by Courier. You can expect your package to arrive in 10-15 business days from the shipping date. I am not responsible for any delays in shipping due to customs, which could take up to 4 weeks. International items may be subject to customs processing and additional costs. International buyers are responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes and postage.
You will be given a confirmation number and a tracking number for your order. If your order is marked as “delivered” by the SDA tracking system, I cannot and will not be responsible for nondelivery or any package lost in the mail. I cannot replace or refund that item
Exchanges and Returns
I want you to LOVE the piece you are wearing, so if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please let me know as soon as possible and I will do my best to try and fix it. I authorize returns within 20 calendar days from receipt of the item. The product must be in perfect condition and must not show any signs of use and in the original packaging, otherwise no replacement or refund will be made.

Returned products must be sent to LA MIA FIABA in a single shipment, to the following address: Via Dante 6, Basiglio ITALIA.
Please contact me via email or whatsapp if there is something wrong or if there is something that needs to be changed or if you simply want a refund. The buyer is responsible for returning shipping costs or any packages lost in the mail, in the event of a return.
As soon as the package arrives in my laboratory, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the purchase amount will be credited to your account in about 2-3 working days. You will receive the amount in the same way you originally made the purchase, through a refund processed by PayPal or a return to your credit card.
LA MIA FIABA assumes no responsibility for any loss or problem that may occur during shipping. Therefore it will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.
Important Note: Personalized products are not subject to return or refund.
LA MIA FIABA offers 1 year warranty on all its products. The guarantee is valid on defects in materials and / or production. The warranty excludes coverage for wear and / or improper, physical or involuntary use.
